After receiving the application, the commercial department processes the questionnaires and prepares a quote based on the provided information. The quote is submitted to the client for approval and includes:

• Client contract
• Standard terms and conditions
• Certification rules

Letter of Regret: If, after reviewing the questionnaire, it is decided that a quote should not be provided, a letter of regret will be sent to the client. This decision can be based on various reasons, such as the scope being outside KCertification’s accreditation or areas of certification that KCertification does not wish to address.

Carta de Arrependimento:

Se, após a revisão do questionário, for decidido que a cotação não deve ser fornecida, uma carta de arrependimento será enviada ao cliente. Esta decisão pode ser baseada em vários motivos, como escopo fora do escopo de acreditação da Kcertification ou áreas de certificação que a Kcertification não deseja abordar.

KCertification conducts a pre-assessment to identify any deficiencies in the quality system. A detailed report is prepared by the lead auditor and reviewed by the scheme manager.

The phase 2 audit ensures that the requirements of ISO standards are met. Auditors seek objective evidence of compliance. Non-conformities are discussed, and a corrective action plan is implemented.

Conducted annually to ensure the company’s management system’s ongoing compliance with ISO standards. These audits include verifying the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.

Conducted every three years to ensure the continuation of the registration certificate. The recertification audit must be completed before the current certificate expires.
